Is FMB AI Beta the main paid feature?
No. FuelMyBuild is priced around build documentation, storage, privacy, and exports. FMB AI Beta is included while we improve reliability and usage limits.
Why are there storage limits?
Build media can grow quickly, so each plan includes a clear storage allowance. That keeps pricing predictable while giving every project room to document real progress.
Can I pay with M-PESA or card?
Local payments are handled in KES through Paystack where available. M-Pesa payments currently activate your plan for 30 days and can be renewed manually when needed. International card subscriptions are rolling out gradually; you can continue on Free today and we'll notify you when card subscriptions are available in your country.
Can I cancel or change plans?
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not delete your build records when you cancel or downgrade; some paid features may become read-only until you upgrade again.
How do refunds work?
FuelMyBuild is digital SaaS access, so refund requests are reviewed case by case. For refund or billing questions, contact support or read the refund policy.
Why is Garage OS separate?
Garages need customer records, teams, reports, approvals, and operating workflows. That is a different product shape from solo builders, so it is in private beta.
